My father passed away on 2/16/17 from COPD and the start of dementia. That was the day my world changed forever.
Heartbroken & Healing. We have an unbreakable father-daughter bond that surpasses all space and time. He will forever be my hero.
My Weight Loss Journey
So I was that overweight picked on kid for most of my life. On the up-and-down, yo-yo diet stage for most of it.
Through my dad’s wisdom, I have learned it isn’t about a number on the scale or about being “skinny” it’s about being healthy.

Where do I start – I never like talking about myself but realized recently I have so much to share and say.
In my mid 40’s I am learning so much that I wish I would have learned sooner but that is all part of life.
So here I sit sharing my a journey with you – all the good, the bad and everything that falls in between.
If one person gains from one moment I share, it is all worth it in the end.
